New Checklists: Getting Married Checklist & Parent Passing Away Checklist

We are excited to release two new checklists for our members. The number of checklists has been growing quickly: we now have 8 checklists available to our members and have one sample checklist available to our non-members!

For Essential and Deluxe members, here are the two checklists being released today:

What Issues Should I Consider After Getting Married:  This covers 28 planning issues to identify and questions to ask your client after they get married (or remarried). 

What Issues Should I Consider If My Parent Passed Away: This covers 26 planning issues to identify and questions to ask your client in the event that one of their parents passed away.  This checklist is based on our Spouse Passed Away Checklist, but as you can see, it is framed to consider many of the unique issues a child may have to consider in helping the surviving spouse or administering the estate.
