Two New Resources Available

New Checklist Additions, New Flowchart Additions

This month we are excited to release two new resources. 

Issues To Consider As A New Client: This checklist covers many of the important planning issues and questions to ask of a new client (or prospect).  It is currently one of the most requested resources. While it’s adapted from our Annual Client Meeting Checklist, it also includes important questions that should be asked early in the planning process.

Will I Have To Pay Tax On My Qualified ESPP?: The tax rules for Employee Stock Purchase Programs can be confusing.  To help clear up the confusion, we created a flowchart showing how to calculate the tax impact during a qualifying and nonqualifying disposition.

Coming soon: We are also working on a checklist to address planning opportunities as a result of the Coronavirus (items to consider during a market downturn, possible layoffs, and economic relief).  We will release it as soon as possible.
