He also uses the done-for-you email templates that tee up the subjects for clients.

Now that you know what you want to send and when, the question becomes, “how?” 

Again, Michael describes in the webinar how he uses the PreciseFP Templates to build and send his communications to his clients. The templates allow him to create the body of the email, include a downloadable checklist or flowchart, add market commentary, and insert his calendar link to schedule either a 30-minute call or their annual review.

Since Michael began implementing this system, which he says takes between 20 and 30 minutes, his open rates have been around 60%. What’s more, his clients are saving questions from the checklists for their annual review meetings. It’s fair to say Michael is achieving his goal of enhanced client engagement in 2022.
